| Overview | Continuing the hole error and how to fix it series of steps. I have taken a rat tail file and filed the hole larger but concentrated on bringing the hole over onto center by filing just the one half of the hole.
As long as I do not file larger than the finished required diameter, I'm good to go for a while, gradually opening all the holes out bit by bit with the next size up drill whilst checking that all the holes are on my centerline or remain on my centerline as I continue opening up the holes to final diameter. In this manner I can file adjustment at anytime to any hole to be sure that I maintain alignment. The assembly all cleaned up. I have polished the face of the board a little with a piece of 600 grit wet.
