Some of you may have seen the previous incarnation of this, well time for an update.

I (the webmaster) have been asked to help with a panel for a colour-light based layout, as a full-time paid up member of RMWeb (!), I thought it would be a useful exercise to document the steps required to build such a panel,  in addition I thought it would also be useful to go through the steps required to build a semaphore based panel so the old pages are being updated to make it more like a clinic - like the signal building article.

The real thing - and what I am trying to emulate, within some time and software constraints.
